Welcome to The International Research Herald & Legal Inteligencia Research Desk, India. We are a premier, multi-disciplinary research hub dedicated to bridging the gap between global academic discourse and specialized legal intelligence.
Our platform serves as a vital confluence for legal professionals, academicians, policy analysts, researchers, and students worldwide. By combining rigorous peer-reviewed scholarship with real-time legal analytics, we aim to foster an ecosystem of informed debate, progressive thought leadership, and impactful research.
Our global academic wing, dedicated to publishing high-impact, cross-disciplinary research papers, essays, and critical analyses spanning international law, comparative politics, socio-legal studies, and global governance.
Our specialized Indian legal matrix. This desk focuses on tracking legislative shifts, decoding complex judicial precedents from the Supreme Court and High Courts, and delivering cutting-edge policy briefs on contemporary legal issues reshaping India.
To democratize legal and academic knowledge by providing an accessible, high-quality, and robust repository of research that shapes both policy and practice.
We believe that research shouldn't exist in a vacuum. Our mission is to translate complex legal doctrines and academic theories into actionable insights. We achieve this by maintaining absolute editorial integrity, encouraging diverse legal perspectives, and upholding the highest standards of academic peer review.
As a Senior Advocate at the Rajasthan High Court, an academician, and a Professor of Practice, my career is dedicated to the intersection of rigorous legal practice, education, and civilizational thought. I have had the privilege of serving as a Professor of Practice at several reputed universities across India, where my academic focus centers on jurisprudence, constitutional values, and universal ethics.
Beyond the courtroom and the university classroom, I am deeply engaged in international legal, educational, and humanitarian discourse. As the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of The International Legal Inteligencia Research Herald, India, I strive to foster academic platforms that emphasize youth empowerment, democratic values, and practical solutions to the complex challenges confronting our contemporary world.
My passion for exploring the deeper intersections of human existence has led me to author books spanning legal studies, spirituality, Vedic sciences, and motivational literature. Furthermore, I have published numerous research papers across a wide array of esteemed international law journals.
